CASA MONTERREY This 4 bedroom 2 bath home was completed in December 2008. Casa Monterrey is located in the prestigous gated community of La Hacienda and is a short walk to a pristine and secluded beach. Casa Monterrey will comfortably sleep 10-12 guests and consists of the kitchen, sitting room, living room, guest bathroom, and 2 guest bedrooms on the first floor. The second floor consists of a guest study along with the master bedroom with its walk in closet and full bathroom. Forced air heating and cooling provides a consistent climate inside no matter what the temperature outside. If you feel like eating in, the kitchen is fully equiped with new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook a full meal. Microwave, blender, gas range, and dishwasher are all available. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker and water dispenser that is supplied with reverse osmosis filtered water. With the open floor plan, you won't feel left out while entertaining guests. Other amenities include satellite television with local Phoenix stations in the living room and master bedroom, a two car garage with a pull through for trailers or toys, and a barbeque on the second floor patio. This two story home has outstanding outdoor living opportunities with a second floor patio mere steps from the master bedroom and a rooftop patio. The patios provide city views along with views of the Sea of Cortez, the Sonoran desert, and the Sierra San Pedro Martír mountain range.
Special Policies
DEPOSIT:All rentals require a refundable security deposit of $250 or you may purchase the Liability waiver insurance for $49.00. If you choose the refundable security deposit it will hold the reservation until 30 days from arrival and will be returned within 10 business days after departure. There is an additional $50 non-refundable cleaning fee for pets.
PAYMENT:
Initial deposit may be paid on-line by credit card or if 30 days plus out by direct deposit or check. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Final payment can be made using credit card, wire transfer, direct deposit, cashier's check or personal check.
