This new custom built home in the prestigious gated community of La Hacienda in South Beach, San Felipe has it all for a memorable vacation or weekend getaway. It has a garage with a pull through on one side for extended trailer for the toys you may want to bring.

There are great sand dunes near by for you recreational pleasure. A great floor plan with a large master bedroom. Top of the line mattresses for your sleeping comfort.

The rooftop deck spared no expense when in the entertaining mood with the built in gas ~BBQ~, sink with reverse osmosis, and yes; a wood burning fireplace. A great way to capture the beauty that San Felipe has to offer. Bring your camera...

Having a family reunion, special event, or just want to hang out with all your friends? You can rent all four homes (Casa Baja, Casa Sonora, Casa Monterey and Casa de Esperanza). Imagine your Mexico wedding dream coming true with all your friends and family close by. La Hacienda would be the perfect place for corporate retreats as well. Our property manager, the infamous Arturo, is available for your convenience and to make sure your stay is so great you don’t ever want to leave.


Special Policies

DEPOSIT:

All rentals require a refundable security deposit of $250 or you may purchase the Liability waiver insurance for $49.00. If you choose the refundable security deposit it will hold the reservation until 30 days from arrival and will be returned within 10 business days after departure. There is an additional $50 non-refundable cleaning fee for pets.

PAYMENT:

Initial deposit may be paid on-line by credit card or if 30 days plus out by direct deposit or check. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Final payment can be made using credit card, wire transfer, direct deposit, cashier's check or personal check.
